Which WCFM plugins are required in order to use the apps?

There are certain fundamental plugins required for WCFM Apps to work properly. You will have to purchase/download and activate the following before you use WCFM Apps:

Why should I buy an Update Plan?

We recommend you to opt for the Update Plans simply because it will ensure that your apps are always compatible with the plugins. When the plugins (WordPress, WooCommerce, WCFM Marketplace, WooCommerce/WordPress related plugins) update itself, the API needs to be updated too. An Update Plan will ensure that your app is always up to date with even the slightest of modifications on these plugins. Of course, if you wish to stay with the current features of the apps and have no plans for further upgrades, if any, you may choose not to opt for any Update Plan. Any modifications/bug fixing done for the plugins or the app itself wouldn’t reflect on your version of the app without an Update plan.

Can I buy the Whitelabel plan for one app and the Source Code of another?

Definitely! You can always choose a Whitelabel plan for one app and simultaneously buy the Source code of another. You have to add both the plans separately to the cart and then complete the transaction.

When will I get my app published?

The Whitelabeling process has mainly 2 stages – Development and Publishing. In Stage 1, the development process takes an approx. of 20 working days after we receive all the necessary information and requirements from the customer. We maintain this TAT based on the time required to develop a custom app which requires major changes in the source code of the original app. However, the development is usually completed before the estimated deadline, unless there are several rounds of iterations.

In Stage 2, we publish your app(s) in the App Store and/or Play Store. The final publishing time of the app(s) depend on the approval of Play Store and/or App Store.

In order to reduce the waiting period, we request you to provide us with timely replies and correct information as and when required.

Can I cancel my Update Plan later?

You can cancel your Update Plan anytime you want from your My Account section. You will not be charged any further Update Fees post cancellation.

How do I access the Source Code repository?

In case of Source Code purchase, you would receive the Source Code of your purchased app(s) via email within 48 hours post confirmation of payment.
